On July 6, 2015, His Holiness Patriarch Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received the newly appointed Syrian ambassador to Cyprus Mr. Mohammad Najib at the patriarchate in Bab Touma. His Grace Mor Maurice Amsih, Director of Public Relations and Protocol, and Rev. Raban Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director were also present. His Holiness wished the newly appointed ambassador success in his new mission.
