His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II presided over the Holy Qurobo of the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord Jesus Christ to the Temple which was celebrated by His Grace Mor Maurice Amsih, Director of the Public Relations, at St. Georges Patriarchal Cathedral in Bab Touma, Damascus.
His Grace spoke in his sermon about the historical account that teaches about St. Simon the Elder who was blessed to be alive until he saw the Savior.
His Eminence Mor Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury also attended the Holy Qurobo.
