His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received a group of young people from the organizations “Save Our Souls” and “A Demand For Action”, at the Patriarchal Residence in Atchaneh.
His Eminence Mor Chrysostomos Mikhael Shemoun, Patriarchal Vicar of the Patriarchal Benevolent Institutions in Atchaneh and Very Rev. Raban Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director were present in the meeting.
Mr. Nuri Kino gave a short presentation of the social work that these two organizations are doing as well as the advocacy for the Christians in the Middle East that they are working on throughout Europe.
His Holiness blessed their efforts and hoped that this Christmas season will be a joyous occasion to all.
