Visit to Mor Ignatius Dayro in Manjinikkarra

His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II visited Mor Ignatius Dayro in Manjinikkarra, India.
He was accompanied by His Beatitude Mor Baselios Thomas I, Catholicos of India, and the their Eminences, accompanying delegation to India: Mor Theophilus Georges Saliba, Archbishop of Mount Lebanon and Tripoli, Mor Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury, Patriarchal Vicar for the Patriarchal Archdiocese of Damascus, Mor Timotheos Matthew, Patriarchal Secretary for Indian Affairs, as well as a group of their Eminences Archbishops of our Church in India.
His Holiness and the accompanying delegation were received by His Eminence Mor Athanasius Geevarghese, Abbot of Mor Ignatius Dayro & Metropolitan of Simhasana Churches of South Kerala, as well as priests, monks, deacons, and a large crowd of faithful.
His Holiness prayed at the tomb of Saint Patriarch Ignatius Elias III of blessed memory. He then blessed the faithful and spoke to them expressing his great joy to be among them and reassuring his continuous prayers for them and our beloved church in India.
