On November 7, 2018, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Excellency the General Consul of Syria in U.A.E. Mr. Abed Al-Ghaffar Ghabra, in Dubai.
His Excellency welcomed His Holiness and wished him a successful visit.
They also discussed various issues and topics.
