On the second day of his first apostolic visit to the Archdiocese of Beirut, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II met with the Church organizations working at the Archdiocese.
He met with the deacons and members of the choir from both parishes and was informed about their activities and participations in church events and celebrations.
He also met with the members of the Beth Tarbitho who shared their contribution to the spiritual life in the church in Beirut.
His Holiness met also with the presidents and members of the societies and organizations that offer social help in the Archdiocese, namely: St. Peter and St. Paul Association, Al-Nejmeh Association and Al-Nahda Association. They also informed His Holiness about their activities and the extent of their work.
The women auxiliary informed His Holiness about their work in the Church, especially in keeping the traditions and habits of our people, celebrating them on different occasions.
