His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II celebrated the Holy Qurobo on Sunday July 24, 2016 at St. Mary Church in Mor Aphrem Monastery in Glane – Netherlands.
His Holiness was assisted by their Eminences: Mor Polycarpus Augin Aydin, Patriarchal Vicar in the Netherlands, Mor Gregorius Malke Urek, Patriarchal Vicar in Adiyaman and Environs, and Mor Philoxenus Mattias Nayis, Patriarchal Vicar in Germany.
The Holy Qurobo marked the official conclusion of the SYGG16 and was attended by the youth who participated in this event.
In his sermon, His Holiness expressed his joy to see the youth gathered in the Church and always ready to serve the Lord. He told them that the Church counts on them and that they need to remain in the church where they could receive divine blessings and learn to live in this world as ambassadors of love and peace.
