His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II bestowed the Holy Cross to Rev. Ramban Bar Shemoun from the Simhasana Churches in Malankara, India.
The bestowing of the Holy Cross came at the end of the Evening prayer (Ramsho) at Mor Jacob Baradeus Monastery in Atchaneh, Lebanon.
Their Eminences Mor Athanasius Gevarghese, Metropolitan of the Simhasana Churches in India, Mor Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury, Patriarchal Vicar of the Patriarchal Archdiocese of Damascus, and Mor Timotheos Matthew, Patriarchal Secretary for Indian Affairs were also present.
