His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II arrives in Brussels and begins his apostolic visit to the Patriarchal Vicariate of Belgium, France and Luxemburg.
His Eminence Mor Maurice Amsih, Archbishop of Al-Jazeerah and Euphrates, and Very Rev. Raban Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director are accompanying His Holiness in this visit.
His Eminence Archbishop Mor George Kourieh, Patriarchal Vicar in Belgium, France and Luxemburg received His Holiness at the airport along with priests and members of the parish councils and other dignitaries.
His Excellency Mr. Ayman Raad, Head of the Diplomatic Mission of Syria in Brussels and Mr. Fouad Khazzaka, Delegate of His Excellency Mr. Ramy Mourtada, Ambassador of Lebanon to Belgium, also received His Holiness at the airport.
