On August 22nd 2018, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Excellency Dr. Farid Elias al-Khazen, Lebanese Ambassador to Vatican, at the Patriarchal Residence in Atchaneh, Lebanon.
During the meeting His Holiness and his guest emphasized the role of Lebanon in promoting dialogue in the region. They also discussed various topics related to ecumenism and inter-religious dialogue.
The meeting was attended by Very Rev. Raban Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director.
