His Holiness Patriarch Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Excellency Syrian Minister of National Reconciliation Dr. Ali Haydar in the Patriarchal Headquarters in Damascus – Syria. Their Eminences Mor Selwanos Boutros Al-Nehmeh, Mor Dionysius Jean Kawak, and Mor Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury were also present. His Holiness and His Excellency exchanged about the current situation in Syria and the efforts to bring peace to the suffering people.
