His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II visited His Beatitude Syriac Catholic Patriarch Mor Ignatius Youssef III Younan at his residence in the Syriac Catholic Patriarchate in Beirut.
The meeting was attended by their Excellencies: Mor Athanasius Matti Mattoka, Mor Raboula Antoine Beylouni, Mor Flabianus Youssef Malke, Mor Baselius Gergess Kass Moussa Patriarchal Assistant, and Rev. Fr. Habib Mrad, Patriarchal Secretary.
His Holiness was accompanied by Rev. Fr. Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director.
His Holiness and His Beatitude discussed the recent developments in the Middle East and the political developments in Lebanon.
