His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Excellency Mr. Ahmad Al-Qadri, Syrian Minister of Agriculture, accompanied by Mr. Ossama Kheirbeik, General Manager of the Military Housing, at the Patriarchate Headquarters in Bab Touma, Damascus.
His Holiness discussed with His Excellency the current situation in Syria. They also spoke about how the patriarchate and the ministry can cooperate to better serve the people in crisis.
The meeting was attended by His Eminence Mor Dionysius Jean Kawak, Patriarchal Assistant, His Grace Mor Maurice Amsih, Director of Public Relations and Protocol, and Very Rev. Raban Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director.
