His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II participated in the procession of the Crucifix on Good Friday, in St. Mary Church in Al-Qousour, Damascus.
The Syriac Scouts of Damascus organized a procession of the Holy Cross and the Christ’s coffin amisdt large crowds fo the faithful who walked behind the coffin praying and chanting hymns for the occasion.
At the end of the procession, the Syriac Scouts of Damascus performed Syriac songs in Al-Ghassani Square where crowds came to watch them.
