His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II visits a Community Center administered by the Syriac Orthodox Missions in Brazil, at Sol Nascente.
He was accompanied by their Eminences Mor Titus Boulos Touza, Syriac Orthodox Apostolic Nuncio in Brazil, Mor Selwanos Boutros Al-Nehmeh, Archbishop of Homs, Hama and Environs, Mor Chrysostomos Youhanna Ghassaly, Patriarchal Vicar in Argentina, Bishop Mor Faustino Jose Filio, and Very Rev. Raban Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director.
The Community Center includes classes for the children with special needs, educational courses (e.g. English), artistic talents development, sports facilities and football training.
His Holiness visited the premises of the center and distributed gifts to the kids who performed their talents.
