His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Excellency Mr. Abdallah Al-Gharby, Syrian Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, at the Archdiocesan Headquarters in Aleppo.
The meeting was attended by their Eminences Mor Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury, Patriarchal Vicar in the Patriarchal Archdiocese of Damascus, Mor Timotheos Matthew, Patriarchal Secretary for Indian Affairs, and Very Rev. Raban Boutros Kassis, Patriarchal Delegate for the Archdiocese of Aleppo and Environs.
His Excellency offered his congratulatory wishes to His Holiness for the New Year hoping that it will bring peace and hope to the Syrian people.
