His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II visited St. Peter the Apostle Church in Perth.
Their Eminences Mor Meletius Youhanon, Patriarchal Vicar in Australia and New Zealand for the faithful of our Church from Malankara, Mor Malatius Malki Malki, Patriarchal Vicar in Australia & New Zealand, Mor Nicodemus Daoud Sharaf, Metropolitan of Mosul, Kurdistan and their Environs, and Very Rev. Raban Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director accompanied His Holiness during this visit.
His Holiness prayed the service of the Virgin Mary and of all the saints and blessed the new church which is being constructed.
In his spiritual word, His Holiness told the faithful that it is always a joyous occasion to see new churches being built and new houses of worship of the Lord being consecrated.
