His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received a delegation from the Catholic Church in Germany, at the Patriarchate headquarters in Bab Touma – Damascus.The delegation is on a humanitarian visit to Syria. It includes: Fr. Peter Fuchs from Munich, Fr. Stefan Dreher from Stuttgart, and Fr. Michael Theuerl from Berlin.
His Holiness welcomed his guests and discussed with them issues related to the current situation in Syria, and the humanitarian work done by our patriarchate to help relief the people affected by the current crisis.
The meeting was attended by Very Rev. Raban Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director.
