His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Excellency Mr. Talal Barazi, the Governor of Homs, at the Archdiocese Headquarters in Homs. His Excellency welcomed His Holiness in the city and conveyed greetings for Palm Sunday and the coming feasts. His Eminence Mor Selwanos Boutros Al-Nehmeh, Metropolitan of Homs, Hama, Tartous and Environs, was also present.
