Consecration of St. Peter and St. Paul Church – Bietigheim

On September 29, 2019, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II consecrated St. Peter and St. Paul Church in Bietigheim – Germany.
 
His Holiness was assisted by their Eminences: Mor Philoxenus Mattias Nayis, Patriarchal Vicar in Germany, Mor Julius Hanna Aydin, Director of External Relations in Germany, Mor Polycarpus Aydin, Patriarchal Vicar in Holland, and Mor Anthimos Jack Yakoub, Patriarchal Vicar for the Youth Affairs and Christian Education, as well as Very Rev. Fr. Abdelahad Qashisho Aphrem, the parish priest of St. Peter and St. Paul Church.
 
At the end of the rite of the consecration, His Holiness and their Eminences the Archbishops celebrated the Divine Liturgy. In his sermon, His Holiness congratulated the members of St. Peter and St. Paul parish in Bietigheim on the consecration of their new church. He commended their unified efforts and their hardwork together with their parish priest to complete the project.
 
At the end of the Holy Qurobo, His Eminence Mor Philoxenus Mattias Nayis thanked His Holiness for consecrating the church and conveyed the gratitude of the entire congregation.
