On December 29, 2021, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received Dr. Michel Abs, General Secretary of MECC, accompanied by a delegation from the council, at the Patriarchal Residence in Atchaneh – Lebanon.Dr. Abs offered his greetings on the occasion of Christmas. His Holiness discussed with him the recent activities of the MECC as well as the developments and projects that the council is undertaking.Their Eminences: Mor Theophilus George Saliba, Archbishop of Mount Lebanon and Tripoli, and Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director, and Sister Theodora, member of the Theological committee at the council, also attended the meeting.
