On December 15, 2021, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Excellency Mr. Bashar Al-Samara, Charge d’Affaires of Syria in Hungary, at the Patriarchal Syriac Center in Budapest. During the meeting, His Holiness discussed with His Excellency the different services offered by the Syrian embassy in Budapest. The meeting was attended by His Eminence Mor Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury, Archbishop of Homs, Hama, Tartous and Environs.
