On April 19, 2022, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Beatitude Joseph Absi, Greek-Melkite Catholic Patriarch of Antioch and all the East, Alexandria, and Jerusalem, with His Excellency Archbishop Nicolas Antipa, Greek Catholic General Patriarchal Vicar of Damascus, at the Patriarchate Headquarters in Damascus.Their Eminences Archbishops: Mor Cyril Babi, Patriarchal Vicar in the Patriarchal Archdiocese of Damascus, and Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director, were also present. His Beatitude offered greetings to His Holiness on the occasion of the Feast of the Resurrection and prayed for him and the members of the Syriac Orthodox Church wishing them joy and peace.
