On May 24, 2022, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received Sheikh Dary Alfares from the Tayy Tribe, and MP Sheikh Hasan Almaslat, from the Jubour Tribe, at the Patriarchate Headquarters in Damascus. His Eminence Archbishop Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director, and Honorable Adel Sohdo, also attended the meeting.
