On November 30, 2022, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received Mr. Peter Kovacs-Pifka, Director General of Hungary Helps, accompanied by His Excellency Mr. Csaba Czibere, Charge d’Affaires of the Hungarian Embassy in Syria, at the Patriarchate Headquarters in Bab Touma – Damascus.
During the meeting, His Holiness discussed with His Excellency the different projects that are executed by the cooperation between the Syriac Orthodox Church and the government of Hungary through Hungary Helps.
The meeting was attended by his Eminence Archbishop Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director.
