On February 21, 2023, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II visits the headquarters of the governorate of Istanbul and meets His Excellency Mr. Ali Yerlikaya, the Governor of Istanbul.
His Holiness was accompanied by His Eminence Archbishop Mor Philoxenus Yusuf Cetin, Patriarchal Vicar of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, and the President of the Archdiocesan Council of Istanbul Mr. Sait Susin.
