On October 24, 2025, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received a delegation from the Council of Catholic Patriarchs and Bishops in Lebanon, at the Patriarchal Residence in Atchaneh.
His Eminence Archbishop Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Assistant, was also present.
The delegation invited His Holiness to the celebrations of that the Council is organizing on the occasion of the 1700 years jubilee of the Council of Nicea.
